Santosh Trophy is related to Football. This is contested by regional state association and government institutions under the All India football federation. AIFF is the governing body of football in India.
Santosh trophy was named after late Maharaja Sir Manmatha Nath Roy Chowdhary of Santosh place, now in Bangladesh, he was the president of the Indian Football Association.
